All movements start with mobility.

Trying to overhead squat and snatch well while lacking even a little bit of mobility is like driving your car with a blindfold on!

There may be a lot of details that go into these big movements, but with the right approach you can put the pieces together and cruise through your next PR.

In this 2 part series, I’ll be breaking down exactly what is necessary to build a robust and impeccable looking overhead squat and snatch position.


Part 2: Hip & ankle mobility…the key to optimized spine position and balanced power out of the pocket.
